Returns
We offer returns or refunds within 30 days of your order. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, this will no longer be possible.
If you need to cancel or change an order you’ll have to contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has begun processing your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace your item if it's defective, damaged, have missing parts or if it’s not in its original condition when you receive it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund due to a defective item, we require images to please be sent along to our customer service team, along with your order number. This helps us to ensure that we can maintain the quality of our products but understanding what went wrong.
If you haven’t received a refund yet
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@paintplot.com.au
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Our Returns Policy – Paying It Forward
At Paint Plot, we believe in the power of creativity to inspire, heal, and bring joy. From the very beginning, our community has been built on the idea that crafting can unlock creativity, improve concentration, and support mental well-being. With this in mind, we’re making a meaningful change to our returns process to give back to those who need it most.
Instead of sending returns back to us, we now invite our customers to pay it forward. We've partnered with Headspace Tweed Heads – a community organization that provides vital mental health support to young people.
Any returned Paint Plot kits will be gifted to Headspace at 145 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads, NSW 2485, where they will be shared with individuals who can benefit from the therapeutic joy of painting.
We ask you to please send these to Headspace.
