Please be aware that due to the unprecedented number of items being shipped around the world at the moment, there has been an unexpected extension of our postage times.
Please allow 10-25 business days for your paint by numbers kit to be delivered to you. As a small, family business, your order is important to us and we will get your painting to you as soon as possible however, delayed shipping times are out of our control.
Please be assured that our team is doing everything that we can to reply to customer emails as quickly as possible, track items and deliver the highest quality paint by numbers kits to you.
We ask that you please bare with us during this time and rest assured that your paintings will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item/items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you need to cancel or change an order you’ll have to contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has begun processing your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace your item if it's defective, damaged, have missing parts or if it’s not in its original condition when you receive it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (minus shipping) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You can return your items at any time. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, if in any case you would like to return the item within our 30-days return Policy Window for the reason(s) stated below.
a. Accidental Order/Ordered by mistake
b. Changed your mind/Better Price Available
c. No longer wanted/needed
d. You do not like the item
On rare occasions, we will cover the shipping costs. Some reasons for this might be:
a. The Item is defective
b. The item is not as advertised/described
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
