About Us
Welcome to Paint Plot, we're so happy that you've decided to learn a little more about our community and hopefully, you're looking forward to starting your first Paint Plot Paint by Numbers or one of our more recent Paint Plot Diamond kits.
My name is Michael (you can call me Mike) and I run Paint Plot together with my partner, Tova. We are stoked that my sister Beck has joined our family business.
What this means is that we can offer personalised customer service and exclusive artwork.

To understand where our business started, I think it's good to know what inspired the products and the service behind it. When I was 22 years old, I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder. My life was turned upside down and I was unable to work.
That's when I discovered Paint by Numbers. These amazing little kits were perfect for taking my mind away from my thoughts and helping me to focus on the calming task right in front of me. It helped me relax and I was able to get myself back on track!
Later, when I met Tova, I introduced her to Paint by Numbers and she loves it even more than I do.
Tova and I have since found the same passion for Diamond Paintings and we know you, our valued customers will as well.
We have tried several different Paint by Number and Diamond Painting stores out there, but we were not always happy with the customer service or the products. We decided that we could do much better!
Unlike our competitors, we manufacture our own Paint by Number and Diamond Painting kits from a private facility. This enables us to control the quality of each canvas.
We work with talented artists, photographers, designers and illustrators all over the world to produce exclusive designs for our customers. We either purchase rights to reproduce artwork, or we commission them to create something unique.
Our kits are printed and packed one at a time by hand and shipped out to our customers with love!
Our warehouse team carefully packs each and every order, within one day of orders being placed on weekdays. For some items, your painting will be made custom for your order and in this case, it will be sent directly from our manufacturing facility - we do this so that we can stock a wider variety of designs and bring new designs to our community faster. This is a request that we have received from our wonderful community for years.
We hope you love our Crafts. We get excited every time we get a new customer and we aim to serve you the best we possibly can. For us, there's nothing better than hearing from our happy customers, hearing your stories and seeing your completed artwork is truly inspiring and it's what makes us excited to work each day.
